Synopsis: This is an interactive and empowering training designed to help current and aspiring leaders cultivate the mindset and skills necessary to lead with confidence, authenticity, and influence. Leadership requires more than just managing tasks and projects—true leadership is about inspiring others, fostering growth, and creating a culture of trust and accountability. In this session, participants will explore the essential qualities that make up courageous leadership, including emotional intelligence, resilience, conflict resolution styles, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy. The presenter will address the core principles of effective supervision, focusing on defining leadership and how to balance authority with approachability, and how to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best. By engaging with real-life scenarios and best practices, participants will learn how to lead through influence, empower team members, and foster an environment where individuals feel supported and valued. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of self-awareness, vulnerability, and developing the courage to lead with integrity.
