This workshop explores the challenges of imposter syndrome and how it affects social workers, offering practical strategies to manage these feelings and build confidence. We’ll discuss how fear and discomfort can be reframed as signs of growth and share tools to help participants embrace their professional journey with self-assurance. Topics will include recognizing and challenging negative self-talk, building supportive networks, and practicing self-compassion in a demanding profession. We’ll also explore how consistent self-care and professional development can foster long-term resilience.
