Speaker: Claudia M Revermann 1 CEU
Claudia will provide guidance on legal documents to consider for estate planning, including wills, trusts, transfer on death deeds, powers of attorney, and health care directives. We will discuss common misconceptions relating to how these documents work and don't work, what probate is, and tax consequences of estate planning.
About the Speaker
Claudia is the founder of Revermann Law with locations in St. Cloud and Melrose, Minnesota. The firm’s primary focus is to educate and serve clients with confidence and humbleness so no one feels less than. The firm practices in the areas of estate planning, probates and trusts, taxation, and business and real estate law. Claudia is also a Certified Public Accountant. Claudia is involved with the Central Minnesota Estate Planning Council, the Minnesota State Bar Association’s sponsored Wills for Heroes program, serves on the Central Minnesota Community Foundation’s Women’s Fund board, and is a member of the corporation of the St. Cloud Hospital. She speaks frequently for community and legal continuing education events and has a passion for educating people.
