About the Presenter
Bethany was previously a board member of the National Association of Social Workers–MN Chapter, where she co-chaired the Social Policy Action Committee. She began her work in the domestic and sexual violence field. This direct-service experience catalyzed her interest deepening her understanding of social work community practice and its intersection with community organizing.
