Many new practitioners enter our field armed with much social work ideology, but perhaps too little organizational savvy and knowledge. This webinar addresses this challenge by introducing the overarchy competency of Organizational Empathy, defined as an understanding of the practice environment one occupies. The Webinar’s major objective is to help bring the academe-practice knowledge gap, thereby giving the social work practitioner enhanced opportunities for broader organizational influence, collaboration and leadership.
