Workplace Psychological Health and Safety: A Holistic Approach to Adult Bullying and Harassment
Cost: SPS Members: Free / Non-SPS NASW Members: $30 / Non-NASW Members: $40. The shame and isolation of workplace bullying and harassment should be removed. This webinar will examine the workplace abuse environment. What makes a workplace hostile? The presenters will also share tips on how to help clients prepare for an investigation interview. Social workers will also explore those options that can be used to prevent further client harm.
Objectives:
Our investigator will share tips on how to prepare clients for an investigation interview.
Our mediator/restorative facilitator will share what to expect during these sessions, and how to prepare before and after.
We will provide an overview of Ombuds/Services for Employers and Employees.
For targets and bystanders harmed by this workplace abuse, and for employees who have been identified during investigations, for their actions of harming others, Linda will include treatment solutions, recovery tools, and referral options, for social workers to utilize personally, or in their practice.
