Social Workers often face many challenges to the work being done to support folks struggling with a myriad of trauma reactive symptoms and presentations. This webinar takes a look at how we, the healers and helpers, can reflect and acknowledge those trauma impacts in ourselves, and conversely, how to appropriately address them and engage in our own healing journey. We will focus on assisting attendees with increasing their knowledge and awareness regarding how to identify the impacts of trauma within ourselves as helpers, as well as increasing knowledge and awareness of the importance of self-care and wellness as helpers. This workshop would benefit social workers and therapists working with children, teens, adults, and families.

- Participants will increase their knowledge and awareness of the importance of self-care and wellness as helpers.
