    Presenter: Jessica Fraser, PsyD.

Through reflection, case examples, and applied discussion, participants will practice strategies for recognizing harm, responding in the moment, and repairing ruptures when they occur.

Learning Objectives: At the end of the workshop, participants will:
    1. Define microaggressions and identify how they appear in clinical, supervisory, and organizational settings.
    2. Describe the cumulative impact of microaggressions on trust, engagement, and access to care.
    3. Analyze how bias and assumptions influence interpretation, documentation, and decision-making.
    4. Apply practical language for responding to microaggressions in real time.
