Synopsis: This course is geared toward equipping participants with the skills necessary to sit for the Licensed Graduate Social Worker exam (LGSW) or the Clinical Exam (LICSW or LCSW-C). A thorough overview of the test content will be provided as well as an analysis of test-taking strategies and tips useful for success on the exam. Learning Objectives: As a result of this course, participants will enhance their ability to successfully sit for the ASWB licensing exam. The class will focus on and provide the following: 1. An Overview of the Composition of the Masters and Clinical exams 2. Exam Taking Strategies and Special Accommodations 3. Social Work Assessment and Diagnosis (DSM-V) 4. Program Evaluation 11.
