  Description

Please note: This is a LIVE webinar that will be held outside the CE Institute. Webinar access instructions will be communicated by NASW NH Chapter a day before the first webinar. This training will be conducted via live webinar for three four-hour sessions. Participants will be able to ask questions, converse with the trainer and other participants, and practice skills. 

You must attend ALL LIVE sessions to receive the CE certificate. Upon completion of the workshop, participants who have attended all sessions will have access to the evaluation and CE certificate.

NASW NH is pleased to bring you this supervision training that will meet the requirements of the NH BMHP for those wishing to become approved supervisors for licensure candidates. This workshop is open to all who wish to attend from any state or clinical practice, but please note NH laws, regulations, and NH BMHP will be referenced. Primary focus will be on the clinical supervision for licensure candidates.

Clinical Supervision is an advanced practice skill that requires additional knowledge, expertise, and understanding for mental health clinicians. A developmental model that addresses adult learning needs and offers an integration of ways of teaching clinical practice will be utilized. Supervisory methods & techniques will be discussed & practiced. Ethical issues unique to the supervisory relationship will be addressed.

    Lee Pozzi Rush, LICSW Bio

    Lee Pozzi Rush, LICSW is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of New Hampshire where she has taught a supervision curriculum for internship supervisors for 20 years. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and maintains a clinical social work practice in Bedford, NH, where she has supervised individuals for licensure for many years. Lee is also a consultant to supervisors of MSW interns. In addition, she brings her many years of experience as an Employee Assistance Professional offering training & consultation to local employers/supervisors.
