Synopsis:
Through case scenarios involving adolescents, marginalized families, and culturally complex clinical situations, participants will strengthen their ability to apply ethical decision-making frameworks in real-world practice. This training includes: case analysis; audience discussion; ethical problem-solving exercises; application of both NASW ethics standards and Maryland regulatory requirements. Participants will leave with practical tools to make more thoughtful, ethical, and culturally responsive decisions.
