Dawn Hobdy, LICSW, Vice President of Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion at the National Association of Social Workers provides leadership and oversight for the overall vision and structure of the nationwide ethics and DE&I program. Ms. Hobdy has 21 years of experience developing ethics courses and conducting trainings. She presents at numerous conferences around the country and has served on various task forces including the ASWB International Technology Task Force, the NASW & ASWB Technology Standards Task Force, and the NASW Code of Ethics Revisions Task Force. She currently serves as the Ethics Commissioner for the International Federation of Social Workers. Ms. Hobdy is Adjunct Professor in the graduate program of the Howard University School of Social Work.
Terricka Hardy, LCSW, ACSW, BCD, CCFP is a Subject Matter Expert in Professional Self-Care and Resilience. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, Board Certified Diplomate, and Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional. She is an appointed member of the NASW National Ethics Committee and member of the Editorial Board for the Journal for Social Work Values and Ethics. Terricka is the owner of Terricka Hardy Consulting, LLC where she trains numerous of professionals and organizations in resilience and self-care. She is a featured contributor of The Routledge Handbook of Social Work Ethics and Values published in 2019. She is the author of Color Out Loud™ for Social Workers Coloring Book & The Self-Care A-Z Adult Coloring Book
Stephanie Asare Nti, MSW, LCSW-C has been practicing in international social work for 20 years. Her areas of expertise include domestic abuse work with men, early childhood mental health and clinical practice. Stephanie has lived in several countries, and worked for international organizations such as the United Nations and World Bank group, and taught in a number of schools of Social Work. Stephanie current work includes serving families and children through the Lourie Center for Children’s Social & Emotional Wellness Head Start program.Stephanie founded Social Workers Beyond Borders, an NGO providing international social work experiences for students and practitioners. Stephanie serves on the National Association of Social Workers Board, the International Committee and the National Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity (NCORED). Stephanie has co-authored a number of international social work publications curriculums. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University, and Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto.
