    There are misconceptions on what Critical Race Theory (CRT) is and as social workers we have the ability to demystify CRT. Utilizing CRT, social workers have the opportunity to develop tools and resources to institute more equitable policies, strategies, and interventions when working with constituents. In this session, we will review  and explore the basic tenets of CRT and how it can be applied in your field of social work.
