    Webinar Description:
The pandemic has left footprints within social services that will now become a norm in healthcare. The new normal of social services has moved to virtual contact and this is called telehealth, telemedicine, and virtual appointments to name a few.
Social services were meant to accomplish an existential experience that supported warmth, compassion, and physical interaction. This training will address how to create an atmosphere that is as close to face to face as you could possibly conduct with online social services.

    Webinar Goals:
    • We will explore strategic methods to support your clients with social interactions that leaves them feeling understood, heard, and helped.
    • With role play, live discussions, and relevant psychological concepts, we will explore how to interact with clients virtually leaving them with a feeling of having a face-to-face session.
