Professional Impairment, Burnout, and Ethics: What Social Workers Need to Know During the Pandemic
This presentation is to provide you with an ethical understanding regarding the importance of self-care during this pandemic and to provide you with strategies both in a professional setting and non professional setting to assist in early recognition and prevention of burnout.
During the presentation there will be tips on recognition for self-care strategies to promote one’s own self-care during the pandemic. Acknowledgement that burnout truly impacts both work and overall health is the first step.
