Stepping into a leadership role can be exciting but it can also be overwhelming. Having a framework to help guide you and structure your efforts can help ensure your success. This workshop will provide the participant with that framework. The frame work consist of five areas of focus: Safety. Clinical Care, Staff Engagement, Financial Stewardship, and Customer Service.
Objectives:
Be able to understand and identify at least 5 areas that a leader has to focus on to be successful
Be able to identify at least 5 areas that need more attention to help increase success as a leader
Have the tools and comfort level to return to agency and use the assessment tool for strategic planning
