Mindfulness is a mental detox. It is a “brightness” that lights up. Self care is being good to ourselves. What can we do differently today, to treat ourselves with kindness?
Mindfulness is the awareness of being in the moment. It gives that equanimity, composure, and the tranquility to address workplace storms, deal with employees from hell, and feel refreshed at the end of a work day. It is an addition, not a subtraction. Mindful people are peak performers. They function from a place of emotional rest. Emotional rest builds us up; emotional distress tears us down.
This workshop will help attendees identify strategies to maintain a mindful approach to self-care and wellness.
