    This 2-hour training session is designed to empower social workers in the areas of motivation, self-care, and client empowerment. Participants will explore innovative strategies for engaging families and communities, emphasizing the identification and amplification of both their own and their clients' unique strengths and capabilities. The training aims to enhance social workers' abilities to support clients in harnessing their self-determination potential, thereby fostering more effective and transformative social work practices.
