    It is difficult to talk about stress without providing background information.  We must look at the sources of the stress, our belief systems that effect the impact of the stress and ways that we can handle specific common issues to lessen our stress at work. This training will give you goals and strategies to combat the stress that impacts of every day at work. You will identify the stresses you take home and learn ways to maintain a good balance between your personal and professional life.
