Articulating the Role of the Social Worker

This session will explore some of the difficulties this creates and our role as professionals in the process. Social workers in all settings but those engaged in host settings or supervised by non-professionals may find it most useful.
About the PresenterDr. Dahley has over 40 years in the social work profession with a background in medical social work and now serving as faculty in the Concordia College’s Social Work program. Her experience in medical settings informs her presentation on this topic. She has begun her research on this topic and will share her experience and what the research is telling us about defining social work to others.
