    The goal of this session is to provide a playful and rewarding experience for the professional facilitator, while utilizing the techniques and fundamental principles of improvisation. This session will allow participants to explore a new form of emotional intelligence that instills teamwork, communication, leadership, and optimize the skills and behaviors of effective communication that will provide better care with their clients and/or patients. Participants will be taught the fundamentals of improvisation that allow the staff to ‘play’ together and get out of their clinical heads and stressful work environments.
