Since March 2020, globally we have experienced profound feelings of shock, confusion, anger, fear, numbness, sadness, disillusionment, disbelief, grief, and anxiety. We have faced challenges in this pandemic in transitioning from our “normal” reality to a different way of living and being. We will reflect on the impact of COVID-19 and explore our shared trauma and shared resilience.
