This comprehensive audio course will offer an overview of Asperger’s Syndrome, a review of AS neurology, areas of struggle for those with AS and those interacting with AS diagnosed people, AS through the lifespan, gender specific issues and finally explores support opportunities for AS diagnosed individuals and family members. Social Workers will learn specifics about the diagnosis and its manifestations but also will gain insight and tools for working directly with AS diagnosed individuals in various settings.

Understand the basic underlying neurology of Asperger Syndrome.
Identify how Asperger Syndrome manifests itself within a variety of settings, throughout the lifespan.
