    About the program:

    This audio course presents several case studies illustrating failure and success in the application of a variety of theoretical frameworks for assessment and practical treatment interventions aimed at helping couples to rebuild after an affair.

     

    Learning Objectives:

     

    1.    Gain awareness of the diverse and sometimes conflicting theoretical models and interventions available in treating marital infidelity.

    2.    Gain understanding of the structure and task assignments of therapy for both the betraying partner and the betrayed partner.

    3.    Gain understanding of the proper attitudes and roles of the therapist in the treatment of affairs.
