The discussion will cover an overview of the nominations process, the threat the Trump appointed judges pose to the civil rights of many Americans, and the ways that people around the country can speak out. We will also focus on the noticeable lack of diversity in Trump’s lifetime court picks. Finally, we will end with a discussion of the importance of the federal courts in the 2020 elections.
