The Longevity Revolution is here! Gerontologist Robert Butler predicted that the number of people in the US 65 and older would almost double by 2025. We are here, and it is happening, and we need to be prepared. What is Successful Aging? How do we include quality with quantity in the aging process? We will also cover the myths of aging and ageism. Through research and interviews, we will explore the scientific, psychological, and sociological perspectives of aging and what we as professionals need to address not only in our professional lives but also in our personal viewpoints.
