The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as Tapping goes beyond talk therapy and are an evidence-based (120 studies), mind body desensitizing tool to enhance your clinical skills. Clients will benefit from having a self-applied, quick, safe way to release stress, phobias, anxiety and physical pain. This is an experiential workshop for you to see EFT in action.
1) Gain a beginning understanding of bringing EFT into your practice. 2) Learn the value of EFT as a somatic, mind-body tool to calm the physicality of stress 3) Learn two ways to manage physical pain with EFT.
