Discover the connection between OCD and the dieting behaviors plaguing many clients, making them feel out of control with food, discouraged by their bodies, and their weight. Learn to apply the industry’s gold standard treatments like ERP and Intuitive Eating to end their food, weight, and body image struggles from an entirely new perspective that will leave you feeling confident and at ease addressing food, weight, and body image issues with clients.

Presented by: Shelby Levesque, LMFT

Shelby Levesque, LMFT, has been practicing therapy for the past 20 years, earning her Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2008 from Antioch University. Shelby has also served on the Board of the Maine Association of Marriage & Family Therapy, as well as President of the Board of the Maine Association of Marriage & Family Therapy from 2015- 2016. Shelby is also the founder and CEO of Connections Rising, LLC, a personal and professional development brand whose mission is to educate people on how to grow and connect their relationship to their loved ones, friends, family, body, work, health, and most of all–themselves. Shelby has also been a highly successful presenter and trainer for multiple events since 2023 around the issues of food, weight and body image issues with her unique take on how OCD drives dieting and disordered eating behavior—and how to stop it!
