Reproductive Rights…What’ve Those Got to do with Social Work? - Presented by the North Carolina Chapter
"Everyone loves someone who had an abortion." - Renee Bracey Sherman. This workshop will give participants an overview of the current state of abortion access in North Carolina and will discuss how full and equitable reproductive rights and abortion access are social work through an examination of our Code of Ethics, NASW white papers, and NASW-NC committee documents. Participants will have an opportunity to engage further in the presentation and the materials through a Q&A section.
