When we combine the cultural influence of “clean” eating, the current craze in cutting out food groups, and intermittent fasting with the obsession American faces with thinness and dieting, we create a pathway for the development of orthorexia.

    This webinar will:
Define orthorexia signs and symptoms with detailed case illustrations.
    Cover the history of orthorexia.
Provide practitioners with tools and techniques that can be useful when working with this population.
Explain treatment modalities such as exposure therapy that are most effective working with cases that present as orthorexia.
