This presentation is designed to educate and equip crisis advocates, system-based advocates and service providers in how to identify and best support potential victims of human trafficking. Topics covered will include: vulnerability factors, recruitment and control tactics, a trauma-informed approach to response and service provision, and available support and resources.

Participants will be able to:

Give the definition and describe the underlying dynamics of human trafficking
Discuss the nature and scope of human trafficking in NH
Identify risk factors and indicators
Review best practices for responding and reporting
