Credit(s):
2 CEU
Course Number:
NY20251112B
Duration:
2 hours
Access:
Available until November 27, 2025
Date:
November 12, 2025 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Eastern Time (US & Canada))
NOTE: Part 2 of a 3-Part Series with Brooke Stott (October, November, December). Each session is a stand-alone offering; participants may register individually.
This 120-minute presentation provides an introductory overview of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), designed for clinicians who are considering making KAP a part of their practice but want to better understand what it looks like in practice. We will very briefly review some of the main points from the Ketamine Services for Mental Health Overview session, and then we will explore KAP protocols, experiential sessions, dosing, integration support, and how to get started with offering KAP, including training, credentials, and working with prescribers. Please note, this is not intended to be a comprehensive training in providing KAP, but rather a starting point for those wanting to know more.
Following this course, participants will be able to:
Understand KAP protocols, including number of sessions and frequency of sessions.
Understand KAP session dynamics, including session timing, dosage, routes of administration.
Discuss and explore integration support for clients accessing KAP.
Take the next steps by offering KAP in their own practice or feel confident in referring and working with clients who are interested in KAP.
