As many as 1 in 100 kids show signs of Tourette Syndrome (TS) - most of them undiagnosed, misdiagnosed and/or misunderstood. In addition, almost 90% of individuals with TS are diagnosed with at least one additional mental health, behavioral or developmental disorder (ADHD, OCD, anxiety, etc.). This webinar, held in conjuction with NJ Center for Tourette Syndrome, will help you identify signs, symptoms of TS and its associated disorders, help you understand treatment options, strategies and accommodations, and also recognize needs, stresses and perspectives of people with TS.
