Libby Kay, MSSW, LCSW-S, ACSW is a clinical social worker on faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center since 1989. She is past president of National Association of Social Workers Texas Chapter 2005-2007 and has served on the NASW/Texas Chapter Ethics Committee since 1981.
Linda Openshaw
Linda Openshaw, DSW, LCSW, ACSW, is a clinical social worker in private practice at Rockwall Counseling and Wellness in Rockwall, Texas. She served as a professor and MSW program director at Texas A&M University-Commerce, from 2001-2020. She also worked as a school social worker in Texas and Utah for 14 years and in community mental health in Utah and California for three years. She has been an item writer for the Association of Social Work Boards since 2006. She is an approved CEU provider in Texas and teaches the LCSW Clinical supervision course about six times per year, as well as several ethics courses. She received her doctorate in social work from the University of Utah.
