Our task as Social Workers is to assist those who can not untangle the “knots” of life. This workshop will closely examine the two emotions that sometimes seem to run together: anger and sadness. Together we will untangle them with facts and logic. Effectively separating them may sound like an easy task, but life factors and medical conditions can often interfere with applying logic. Through this workshop, participants will be able to define and describe anger and sadness accurately, convey the difference between them, and better understand how to assist clients in untangling them.
