This workshop will introduce attendees to the principles of reproductive justice, discuss how they intersect with social work ethics and examine how social workers can competently support abortion access.
The target audience is any social worker who works with populations that are at a higher-than-average risk for unintended or unplanned pregnancy, which includes women *and girls* receiving psychiatric treatment, who have been part of the child welfare system, who are experiencing homeless, are poor or low income, or are immigrants.
