    Parental personality disorder traits, often undiagnosed, may cause maladaptive parenting, client resistance, and intergenerational trauma. You will learn strategies for building alliances and recognizing defenses. A comprehensive set of resources will be provided.
    • Learn and apply family assessment methods with a focus on borderline and other common personality disorder traits.
    • Learn how to apply sensitivities working with the disordered parent, mitigating the typical effects of these PDs on treatment.
