Food Insecurity in Rural Minnesota

Social workers will gain a better understanding of how disparities in the food system have increased in rural communities around Minnesota. Food insecurity is one component of the systemic challenges all social workers face in working with communities. Often, food insecurity is the catalyst to larger health and basic needs challenges people face every day, Any and all social workers at the micro, mezzo or macro level that do case management, advocacy and/or work with those who are struggling to access basic needs will learn something in this webinar.
