Wellness: A Key Component to Maintaining Competence and Longevity.  Wellness/ self-care is now part of the SW Code of Ethics! This seminar is designed to be interactive which may be somewhat challenging online, but participation will be encouraged as wellness components will be identified, discussed and practical ways to exercise these components will be shared with some experiential exercises. People who use SW services deserve providers who are healthy and use SW principles themselves. Let’s give some thought to our own well-being!
