In the wake of the current COVID-19 Pandemic our field has been thrown into the challenging realm of having to manage the issues their respective communities and populations face while having to manage their own personal experiences in during this time. The stress of the pandemic is felt beyond our clinical spaces and is impacting us in similar ways to that of our communities and clients. Therefore, it is more important than ever to monitor ourselves for burnout and compassion fatigue so that we can prevent any detrimental impact to our important clinical work. Join us in learning more about how the pandemic-related stress is contributing to burnout in our field and engage in interactive exercises to learn how to introduce, even the smallest forms of, self-care into our day-to-day working environments.
