Bullying exacts a toll on the victim (and the organization). A client may be being bullied in the workplace, or a social worker may be being bullied in the workplace or may even, consciously or without awareness, be bullying others. Bullying can sometimes hide behind a mask of “management practice for greater efficiency.” This workshop creates awareness of bullying as a social injustice and provides avenues to resolution and may be used in self-care. By the conclusion of the workshop, the participant will be able to:
Identify bullying when it occurs;
Counter bullying tactics with counter-measures for self-protection and self-care;
Expose bullying for what it is.
