Course Description:
Navigating payer relationships is one of the most challenging aspects of practice management for social workers. This in-person session will offer a candid and practical conversation about the realities of negotiating contracts, understanding payer expectations, and managing long-term relationships with insurance companies.

Led by experienced professionals in the field, this interactive event will explore strategies, share real-world examples, and provide guidance on how to advocate for fair reimbursement and sustainable practice models. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and gain insights into how to approach negotiations with confidence and clarity.
